Working with a team of destination specialists you will assist with sales and also liaise with Destination Management Company's to ensure quality customized itineraries. You will assist travel agents in closing sales by providing them with the necessary expertise and knowledge of the destination. You will also be responsible for preparing the final documentation (and invoices where necessary) and assist others in the department to meet specific deadlines for individual and group bookings.
At least 2 years’ experience in the travel industry, with a tour operator.
· Experience selling Africa & South America.
The ability to handle files from inquiry stage, closing the sale to final documentation.
·Experience in creating detailed customized land itineraries.
Proven selling skills and excellent customer service
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
