Agent partners awarded Club Membership and Exclusive Benefits

Sandals Resorts International announced a new incentive program on Jan. 17 for its top-selling agents.  The Chairman’s Royal Club rewards agents who have produced consistent results and have demonstrated loyalty to the brand.  Club members can reap rewards for successfully selling Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts and Grand Pineapple Beach Resorts.
Gordon “Butch” Stewart, Chairman of Sandals Resorts International, said that he recognizes the power of travel agents, and that there is no partnership Sandals considers more important.  Stewart said Sandals is delighted to recognize exemplary travel agents through membership in the Chairman’s Royal Club.
New western members are Ryan Bullock from Kamloops Travel World (BC), and Susan Vincent from Jetaways Travel, TPI, Saskatoon, (SK)

To be eligible for the Chairman’s Royal Club, agents must sell more than 75 rooms per year and provide consistent outstanding customer service to all Sandals Resorts guests.

Travel agents are required to annually attend workshops and participate in FAM trips, and must score an eight or 10 on a Mystery Guest Call. Membership benefits include up to 75 per cent reimbursement for promotional expenses; a $100 Island Routes Adventure Tours discount for each and every visit; up to $250 airfare reimbursement; complimentary wireless connection and resort discounts of 25 per cent on spa treatments and sundries. 

Also, agencies with Chairman’s Royal Club membership can earn 16 per cent commissions on resort sales. Member agents will also receive a kit containing a welcome letter from the Chairman, a plaque, two VIP luggage tags, a membership VIP card, 250 specialized business cards, a marketing CD complete with logos, ad slicks and other useful promotional tools.
