Sheraton Hotels & Resorts will soon be opening the Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel, located in the heart of business district of Hangzhou, China.
The hotel, which is part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, is the first new-build property to join the brand’s premier tier of hotels, selected for their enticing destinations, designs, and excellence in service and guest experiences.
Owned by China Yintai Holdings Co., Ltd, Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel is recognized for its views of the city and the Qiantang River and its prime location. It officially opens June 29, 2016.
Sheraton Grand is one of many initiatives currently underway for Sheraton 2020, a comprehensive plan designed to solidify Sheraton as a leading global hotel brand of choice, everywhere.
“With all eyes on Hangzhou this year as the host of the 2016 G20 summit, China continues to be an extremely important growth market for Sheraton,” Vincent Ong, senior brand director, Asia Pacific Brand Management, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, stated in a release.
Hangzhou is the capital and largest city of Zhejiang Province in Eastern China and situated between Shanghai and Ningbo.
To celebrate the opening, Sheraton Grand Hangzhou Binjiang Hotel is offering a special opening package valid until Dec. 31, 2016, starting at RMB 798 net for one night’s stay in a deluxe room, free Internet access, and double Starpoints for SPG members.
