Happy Travel Agent Month!

For May, we’re celebrating with a special edition of PAX magazine, featuring ACTA President Wendy Paradis in our cover story. Paradis spoke to PAX about her time in travel, from starting out as a frontline agent to representing agencies across the country as the industry continues to evolve.

PAX also sat down with three travel agents for a roundtable discussion on issues affecting the industry, offering their insights and distinct takes on topics such as the shift toward the home-based agent model, marketing through social media and why agents remain relevant.
