Disney teases details from new themed lands

Disney Parks, Experiences and Consumer Products have provided a sneak peek at new anticipated areas coming to Disneyland Resort in California and Hong Kong Disneyland.

The new themed land at Disneyland Resort will be anchored by the Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission BREAKOUT! at Disney California Adventure park. Spider-Man and the Avengers are to join the Guardians of the Galaxy in what’s being billed as a ‘completely immersive Super Hero universe’ – with the new expansion to begin in 2020.

Hong Kong Disneyland, meanwhile, will include a new Marvel-themed area that’ll feature an attraction starring Ant-Man and The Wasp, joining the Iron Man Experience, which opened last year. The expansion at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is slated to bring a new attraction or entertainment offering almost every year through 2023.
