Grand prize announced for Mexico Golf Classic

Mexico Tourism has announced a grand prize for the Mexico Golf Classic, held at the Mayfair Lakes Golf Course in Richmond, BC on Aug. 23, 2018.

The event will be co-hosted by Puebla Tourism.

The grand prize

In partnership with Sunwing and Velas Resorts, the first grand prize will include two round-trip air seats and an all inclusive stay for two at Velas Vallarta, on board Sunwing Airlines. The prize also contains transfers from the airport.

The tournament

A food and Mezcal tasting will be provided by the State of Puebla, who are bringing handmade artisanal Mezcal accompanied by a local chef.

The format is a 'Texas Scramble', in which all golfers in a foursome play the 'best ball'. Non-golfers have the opportunity to join the cocktail reception and dinner.

Great prizes will include additional trips to Mexico with airfare and accommodation as well as accommodation prizes and many others. And, all golfers have a chance to ‘Win a 2018 Lexus NX300’ at the ‘Hole in One’ contest.
