10 new itineraries

New for 2019, Cosmos Lite is unveiling 10 innovative itineraries that combine major cities with undiscovered, lesser-known destinations across Britain, Ireland and Europe.

Cosmos Lite vacation packages include:

  • City-to-city transportation via deluxe motorcoaches with complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Comfortable hotels (a base for independent exploration)
  • Daily breakfasts (to power travel pursuits)
  • Professional Tour Director (to point out the best sightseeing, dining and entertainment)
  • MyCosmos optional excursions (available for purchase)
  • CosmosGo mobile app (fuel for free time with suggestions to make the most of each day)

“This is a great combination of the ease and convenience of an escorted motorcoach tour and the freedom of independent touring,” says Stéphanie Bishop of the Globus family of brands’ Canadian office. “We take away all the hassle of trying to figure out how to get from point A to point B and let clients decide how they wish to fill their days, whether they want to plan their sightseeing well in advance, or on the fly with new friends in the group.”

Travel at your own pace

For travellers who want to wander at their own pace, the new free CosmosGo app, filled with a host of entertainment, sightseeing, dining and shopping suggestions, is at their fingertips. Another change from the typical tour? Most Cosmos Lite excursions start later in the morning.

“We like to call the itineraries ‘free time, me time or see time’,” said Bishop. “We’ll get your clients there and book their hotel: it’s totally up to them how they spend their days discovering some of the highlights of Europe.”
