“It is a pleasure for TravelNevada to be in Calgary," Diaz said. "While the state of Nevada is fortunate to have a world renown destination like Las Vegas, we feel that it is important to go beyond the strip and showcase a little more of what the rest of Nevada has to offer. Not only do we have the entertainment capital of the world with the glitz of the Las Vegas strip, but we also have amazing state and national parks, historic mining towns, expansive wilderness areas and the outdoor playground adventure of Reno and Lake Tahoe.”

In the north, Cowboy Country region is named for the cowboys who still work the ranches in the area. The Reno Tahoe area provides five destinations within an hour's drive including Carson City, the state capital, Carson Valley, Lake Tahoe, Reno and Virginia City. The Pony Express and the Silver Trails round up the other regions of Nevada each with their own unique experiences for guests.

The Peppermill Reno and the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno offer Four Diamond Award experiences for guests to enjoy luxurious spa experiences including a unique geothermal spa at the Peppermill Reno.
